    My Review:

Yes, Christmas comes to my house in the form of a lovely snow filled Christmas season romance. This was one exceptionally cute book that combined unrequited love and Christmas. That being said, it was one sweet easy read that made my heart happy and my mind rested.

The beginning explains what happened fourteen years earlier that has affected Lacey ever sense. She opened herself up to a boy and he turned his back and walked away. Her most embarrassing moment has made her resist seeing Ean Callahan, her best friends brother since that day. So as fate would have it when she is sent to the magic cabin in the woods to prepare it for her best friend’s wedding night, who should appear? Oh, yea! It wasn’t a burglar and it wasn’t Santa. It was Ean. And it was off. I liked that there was no arguing and mistrust in the story. What there was, was a nice sweet couple that had known each other since they were kids and when Lacey embarrassed herself at fourteen, she tried to move on and not think about what could have been.

When she comes into contact with Ean Callahan she wasn’t prepared for the sparks that flew. She wasn’t prepared for anything that occurred and she wasn’t about to continue on with a long distance fling.

He had to win her over while helping his sister prepare for her dream wedding and honeymoon. It was such a happy book. I am glad that Sourcebooks-Casablanca brought it to me through the month of November.

    My Recommendation:

If you enjoy a sweet Christmassy story with snow, magic stories about weddings and simply a good read, you will love this romance. It is like a peppermint stick. It is sweet, delicious, and screams Christmas!
