My Review:
What a delightful audiobook to get right around Christmas. The story is classic feeling and has what I believe will have universal appeal. I loved the narration by Stephen Fry. I knew that I already enjoyed his voice, his accent, yet when I heard him telling this lovely story, he made it just resonate in me. It was absolutelyperfect for the story. What a great story to celebrate the season and it is oozing with charm and emotion.
I was so happy to find this audiobook on Blogging for Books and receive it just for providing an honest review.
This story in audio version will be a new tradition in our house, listening to this over the days leading into Christmas. It is a wonderful story with elves, a quest, and pure fantasy deliciousness.
There were lessons to be learned for this child named Nikolas. He had to learn to believe and trust and that is a lesson that the listener carries with them long after the holiday is over.

Sounds like a great audio book, Vicki. I have a few audio books narrated by Stephen Fry and I also really like his voice and style.
