My Review:

Nice nuggets of wisdom

This book was written in a homey manner that I really enjoyed. The truths were honest and this would be a good encouraging book for a young writer. I want to know what else I can learn from this author after at least one more run through with the red pencil.

This is one of those little books that pack a lot of information into a small space. In fact, it was too small in my opinion.  The condensed version would have scored better in my rating system of it had been just a little more thorough. It really found a lot of good starter information and motivation. I would suggest another glance through and reissue.  Then I will be happy to re-read and adjust my review.

Each time I read this author’s work, I see the base of wonderful nuggets of wisdom and his experience has made for lovely reading. This one needed needs some meat on its bones. I was able to read this book that I picked up during a free promotion in preparation for Mystery Thiller Week. The event that brings together authors, bloggers, and fans in an annual celebration.
