This book was packed with all the information you can ever dream about having on carbs, exercise, and sweet potatoes. The recipes and the nutritional information was really well written and the benefits of the diet were presented nicely. Even the exercises that go along with the information and the recipes make sense and are explained in detail.
This is not a starve to get thin diet, it is a diet that seems to be healthy enough for anyone to try.
I was provided this book by NetGalley and was happy to provide a review. The book was really well stocked with menu tips, recipes, and so many informational details. It is certainly worth picking up and reading. You will definently learn a lot about your body and the effect the sweet potato has on it. The bonus is that there are many other recipes to try as you change the way you eat for a healthier life.
