I loved this fun little cozy mystery! This is book 1 of the new Lexy Baker Culinary Cozy Mystery Series with Recipes. Nothing like murder and cupcakes to whet my appetite for a good book. Lexy was a fun character and it was easy to see that she and Jack could have something going for them. Jack was the local policeman and Lexy was a potential suspect. Nans was another fun character with her mystery solving friends. Yes that is Nans as in a grandmother’s nickname. Really a nice cheerful read!
